Simply select your team of 15 rugby players and score points based on their actual performances in the 2010 Six Nations tournament. Remember, you can use the same login details as last year to get straight on with picking your team.

Please note: Only teams registered by 14:30 GMT on Saturday 6th February will score points for the first match of the competition - Ireland v Italy.

Your team's points will be updated by 00:00 GMT on Monday following each Game Round.
